Returns and Refunds
Our products are designed to satisfy you, and you shouldn’t have to worry about returns!
However, this occasionally happens. If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will do our best to provide you with the most convenient and effortless return experience.
1. Changed your mind and want to cancel your order?
No problem, you can enjoy our 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it.
No hassle required—simply return the unopened and unused item for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Alternatively, we can replace the item for you if you prefer.
Please note: Due to the special nature of our products, for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unused items that are in their original packaging (security seals must be intact) and accompanied by all documentation. Please understand that once the packaging is opened, we cannot exchange or refund items that are not defective.
2. Defective Products?
We understand how disappointed you would be if your new toy didn’t work properly.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will replace it for you. Please describe the defect in detail in your return letter and return the item along with its original packaging (including all instructions, accessories, etc.).
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we have limitations on how we process returns. All items returned due to quality issues must be thoroughly cleaned before being sent back. Any soiled returned items will not be inspected. We will refuse to accept such returns, and you will need to pay the corresponding postage if you wish the item to be returned to you.
3. Differences and Damaged Packages?
Any discrepancies or damaged packages must be reported within 36 hours of delivery so that we can immediately investigate with the courier service provider to determine the cause of the problem.
4. General Information Regarding Returns?
We guarantee that all refunds or exchanges will be processed on the same day we receive the returned item. Please understand that exchanges can only be processed after we receive the returned item.
You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you use registered mail to send the item, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay that occurs during the return process.
If you wish to request a refund for bundled sale items, you must return all sale items or pay the current price of the remaining items.
